I am currently leading and managing a team of engineers handling multiple rapid response research projects in one of the World's renown academic institution, Nanyang Technological University. I have close to 4 years of technical and project management experience in Design, Development, Testing and Market Research which are done in the very same home-grown lab. Our two research projects that are commercial ready are XDBOT and Stackabot. As an experienced researcher, my key skills and interests include market research, user requirements, product design and testing, problem solving and project management. I am proficient in Solidworks 3D modelling, Keyshot rendering and have started venturing into Product Development Management as well as Private Equity and Venture Capital. I received my Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in Robotics & Mechatronics) Hon. from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2017 and my Diploma in Mechatronics and Robotics with Merit from Singapore Polytechnic. in 2014. I have been instrumental in bringing the extreme disinfection robot (XDBOT) from a university research project to commercialization. The work has also been featured in national and international media such as The Straits Time, Channel News Asia, Malaysia Invention and Design Society, Lianhe Zaobao (CHI), The Star, Gulf News, City Today, Oase Indonesia (IDN), The Independent Sg, Must Share News, Inquirer Technology, Open Gov Asia, Business Times, and many more. Additionally, I am the inventor of 3 research projects, in which one technical disclosure has been filed and two more are in the process of filing. As a whole, the field of Engineering and Technology is very volatile, solving multitude of problems every day, new solutions being discovered as and when the problems arise. The very workings of the profession motivate me to keep up with its pace. That is exactly what I want to study about, something that I will never get tired of doing, where there is something new every day to learn.
